Thank you for expressing your interest in accepting me as a student at XXXXUniversity. However, due to the large amount of acceptances I received thisyear, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your acceptance at thistime.

Please be aware that this rejection does not reflect any negative evaluation onyour acceptance materials. This year I have been particularly fortunate inreceiving an unusually large number of acceptance letters. With such a variedand promising result, it is impossible for me to accept all acceptances,regardless their outstanding accepting performances.
