一、卡迪夫大學(xué)
卡迪夫的人力資源專業(yè)其實(shí)算是全英比較好也比較良心的,課程設(shè)置非常細(xì)致偏重于研究實(shí)用化,從人員的挑選的前期準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)始到合理的激勵(lì)員工,再到解聘和養(yǎng)老金的發(fā)放,還為學(xué)生提供分析掌握雇傭關(guān)系,人力資源管理,及組織理論的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
同時(shí),分析介紹國(guó)際人力資源管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這是國(guó)內(nèi)所沒(méi)有的。
卡迪夫的HR專業(yè)有CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — 英國(guó)人事發(fā)展特許協(xié)會(huì))認(rèn)證,這玩意兒留英很有用,但回國(guó)然并卵。
卡迪夫的人力資源管理專業(yè)的課程有四個(gè)基本模塊:

格拉斯哥大學(xué)的人力資源管理專業(yè)分為兩個(gè)部分:
第一個(gè)部分側(cè)重管理方面的知識(shí)傳授和技能培養(yǎng),包括策略,管理和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷,學(xué)生會(huì)對(duì)于管理方面的知識(shí)有一個(gè)很充分的認(rèn)識(shí);

利茲有個(gè)特色項(xiàng)目是HR Practitioner Pathway,該項(xiàng)目為那些想成為CIPD認(rèn)證的人事專家或者會(huì)員的同學(xué)提供課程以及寶貴的實(shí)習(xí)工作機(jī)會(huì)。參加該項(xiàng)目的同學(xué)都可以得到CIPD專家的指導(dǎo)。
但是要參加Practitioner Pathway,選修課程中一定要選擇Industrial Relations,還有Training and Development和Gender and Equality at Work in Comparative Perspective中的一門課程。
申請(qǐng)要求:
- 要求本科專業(yè)是社會(huì)科學(xué)或是相關(guān)專業(yè),或者是有相關(guān)工作或?qū)嵙?xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 平均成績(jī)75分以上(注:非社科類專業(yè)的本科生可能需要更高的平均成績(jī))

這兩個(gè)專業(yè)都得到了CIPD(英國(guó)特許人事發(fā)展協(xié)會(huì))的認(rèn)證,畢業(yè)之后,可以向CIPD申請(qǐng)成為專業(yè)會(huì)員。
International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations更關(guān)注全球范圍的HRM,而Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations則更關(guān)注單個(gè)國(guó)家內(nèi)的HRM。
