The Bachelor of Advanced Humanities (Honours) is a rigorous and challenging program for high-achieving students with a keen interest in the humanities. You will engage with the Faculty's leading humanities researchers from your first year of study through a suite of core interdisciplinary courses taken in each year. These courses will expose you to contemporary thinking in the humanities, provide a forum for interdisciplinary discussion and emphasize connections across humanities disciplines.

Sustainable food production has never been more important - with the world population ever increasing, the environmental pressures on our planet have never been greater. The dual four-year program allows you to combine practical business skills with your interests in sustainable agriculture. You will study the scientific and managerial principles required to help commercial farmers sustainably increase their output of food and fibre to feed and clothe the world with the least environmental and social impact.

The dual four-year program allows you to combine practical business skills with your interests in veterinary technology. In the veterinary technology component you will study animal handling, welfare and behaviour, clinical aspects of small and large animal health, veterinary surgical nursing principles, and veterinary practice management. You will gain skills in routine laboratory and clinical support procedures. You will also develop knowledge and professional skills in animal management, technology and welfare that can be used beyond the clinical setting.

The dual four-year program allows you to combine practical business skills with your interests in wildlife science. In the Wildlife Science component you will focus on animal biology, wildlife management and the emerging issues associated with human-wildlife interactions. In this degree you will develop a deep scientific knowledge of wildlife anatomy and physiology, captive breeding, reproduction, nutrition, health, husbandry, ecology, welfare and behaviour.
BEd: Year 12 or equivalent English, plus one of Mathematics A, B or C; and entry to the BA.BA: Year 12 or equivalent English.
This pre-service teacher education program is available only as a dual degree. Students completing a dual degree have the opportunity to complete two degrees in less time than if each was studied separately. The Bachelor of Education (Secondary) offers school based learning and draws on the latest research into effective teaching, ensuring graduates are well equipped to teach. Students completing a dual degree with education are prepared for secondary school teaching, or training in business or industry. Teaching is a challenging and rewarding career, with secondary school teachers in demand worldwide. Teaching areas include Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian), drama, economics, English, English as a second language, European languages (French, German, Spanish), geography, history, mathematics, media studies, music, learning support, studies in religion and study of society.
This dual degree program allows students to combine studies in law with a wide range of majors in the arts. The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB(Hons)) degree is your passport to exceptional success in the employment market: as a barrister or solicitor in private practice, as a prosecutor of crime, as a community lawyer, as a legal officer in the public service, as in-house counsel for a large corporation, or, when combined with another degree in any one of a wide range of positions in areas such as foreign affairs, industrial relations, management, or politics.
