The Master of Dispute Resolution is a coursework degree for graduates seeking specialised education in dispute resolution theory and practice. The program provides graduates from a variety of disciplines with a strong understanding of the diversity of fields within the Alternative Dispute Resolution continuum.
Graduates who have been awarded a Bachelor degree from the University of New South Wales or a degree deemed equivalent from another university or tertiary institution are eligible to apply for admission to the MDR program. Work experience will be taken into consideration for admission purposes where a candidate can demonstrate experience in the field of dispute resolution.
(1) A candidate for the degree shall have been awarded an appropriate Bachelor's degree from the University of New South Wales or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution at a level acceptable to the Faculty Education Committee of the Faculty of Law (hereinafter referred to as the Committee).
(2) In exceptional cases an applicant who submits evidence of such other academic and professional qualifications as may be approved by the Committee may be permitted to enrol for the degree.
(3) When the Committee is not satisfied with the qualifications submitted by an applicant the Committee may require the applicant, before being permitted to enrol, to undergo such examination or carry out such work as the Committee may prescribe.

The Master of Pharmaceutical Medicine will be awarded to students who successfully complete the coursework identified below. The program consists of two core and ten elective courses, delivered mainly by distance learning with some on-campus workshops. It will be taken part time (six sessions) to complete. The elective courses shall be selected from those that are available in the particular session, provided pre-requisite and timetabling constraints are met.

The minimum entry requirement is:
?a bachelor degree from an Australian university or equivalent overseas institution in economics (BEc); OR
?other advanced cognate disciplines with required technical skills (e.g. mathematics, finance, or statistics) with WAM of 65%, plus a compulsory component of intermediate level microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics as well as competency in mathematical and statistical methods; OR
?equivalent as determined by the Australian School of Business.
Entrance to the program also requires that applicants should:
?have achieved an average of 65% or higher in the last two years of economics and quantitative methods courses in their bachelor degree; and
?satisfy the University's English Language requirement.
Applicants without an adequate background may be required to undertake some preliminary coursework in intermediate microeconomics, macroeconomics as well as econometrics.
The Graduate Certificate in Economics is offered as an on-campus program. Students are required to complete 4 courses (24 Units of Credit) comprised of one course each from 3 core areas and one elective course. All courses are 6 Units of Credit.
A recognised Bachelor degree and a postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Education or Master of Teaching)

A four year pre-service teacher education qualification, including professional experience, equivalent to the qualifications required for Graduate teacher status in NSW.
The one-year Master of Education degree is designed for qualified teachers and other educational professionals who wish to study education at an advanced level. Commonwealth Supported Places (previously HECS) are available for local candidates.
The program is suitable for teachers, trainers in industry and commerce, adult educators and other professionals, but does not provide a qualification in pre-service education.
The program offers nine areas of specialisation: Educational Studies, Assessment and Evaluation, Educational Psychology, Gifted Education, Higher Education, Teacher Professional Learning, Special Education, TESOL and Visual Arts Education.
Admission to the Graduate Certificate in Design requires a Bachelors degree in any field.
Applicants who apply with a bachelors degree completed more than 10 years ago can be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Design where they have 5 or more years professional experience in a design or media-related field since graduation.
Applicants without a Bachelors degree may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate on a case-by-case basis by the Program Director, on the basis of a Portfolio of work and professional experience.
The Graduate Certificate in Design is industry-engaged, intellectually rigorous and professionally relevant for those who wish to extend their professional qualifications with a shorter period of study and those wishing to broaden or change directions in their design and media practice.
The Graduate Certificate in Design has two main components: a core of specialised design courses and practice-based classes from a number of design specialisations.
In the design core you will learn to integrate of technology, design thinking, experimentation, strategy and communication.
The studio-based courses enable you to either focus on a specific area of design and digital practice.
